Privacy
The short version: traffic is counted without cookies for everyone, richer analytics run only if you accept them, replays never record what you type, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

What we collect, and why
Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata to deliver pages and block abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a website that stays up (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are held briefly by Cloudflare and are not used by us to identify anyone.
Cookieless traffic counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate numbers: page views, referrers, countries, and page performance. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not fingerprint you, which is why it runs without asking. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works.
Product analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics in the banner, we load PostHog, hosted in the United States. It records page views and time on page, clicks and scrolling, your browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP (city level), how you got here (referrer and UTM tags), and session replays of how the pages are used. Replays mask every input field: what you type is never recorded. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time from — withdrawing also discards PostHog's identifiers on your device. If you decline, the PostHog code is never even downloaded. We also honour the Do Not Track browser setting.
Email and bookings. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation and any engagement that follows requires. Booking a call happens on cal.com, on their site under their privacy policy; we receive the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time). Legal basis: taking steps prior to a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Cookies and local storage
Before you answer the banner, this site stores nothing. Your answer itself is kept in your browser's local storage under jino-consent (strictly necessary — it is how we remember not to ask again). Only after you accept does PostHog set its own cookie and local storage entries (names starting ph_) to recognise your browser across visits, for up to one year. Rejecting removes their identifiers; clearing site data in your browser removes everything, including the consent record.
Who processes data for us
Three processors, each under a data-processing agreement: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, CDN, and cookieless analytics; global network, EU transfers covered by SCCs and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), PostHog, Inc. (consented analytics, stored on AWS in the United States; EU transfers covered by SCCs and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), and Cal.com, Inc. (scheduling, only when you book). We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or run any third-party ad or social trackers.
How long we keep things
Analytics events and replays are kept in PostHog for at most twelve months, then deleted. Email lives as long as the relationship it belongs to. The consent record stays in your browser until you clear it or our practices change enough that we have to ask again.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data; you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting past processing. Write to [email protected] and we answer within a month. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Changes
When what we collect changes, this page changes, the date at the top moves, and if the change touches anything you consented to, the banner asks again instead of assuming.
